Very simple. On our website, hotelgiftcard.com, pick a hotel. Then choose your desired room and click continue. Enter your name and email address and click on Hotelgiftcard in the payment method.
First check your e-mail and spam inbox if you have not yet received a booking confirmation. If you cannot find the confirmation there, please contact our customer service. They will be happy to help you by resending the confirmation to you.

How annoying that your discount code is not working. Did you enter the discount code exactly (numbers, letters, dashes)? Then check if your booking meets the conditions of your discount code, these conditions differ per discount code.
Many discount codes are valid from a minimum booking value of 100kr (excluding partner service charges). This means the total booking amount needs to be above 119.84kr.
